Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Camp Shelby website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.


1. About Camp Shelby

Camp Shelby is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing facilities and programs to serve the first responder community in Kentucky. Our mission includes soliciting donations for property development, programming, and event sponsorships, as well as collecting registration information for our events and programs.


2. Donations and Sponsorships

By making a donation or agreeing to sponsor an event or program on our Site, you acknowledge that:

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Camp Shelby is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donation may be tax-deductible in accordance with applicable tax laws.
  • Sponsorship funds may be used for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to the development of our property, funding programs, and covering event expenses.
  • All donations and sponsorships are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a donation or sponsorship commitment.


3. Event Registration

When registering for events and programs hosted by Camp Shelby through this Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and emergency contact details.
  • Follow any additional registration requirements or guidelines specific to each event or program.
  • Pay the necessary registration fees, if applicable. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Acknowledge that Camp Shelby reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events and programs at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation, Camp Shelby will communicate any relevant updates to registered participants.
